“VALENTINO II” aka “RUDY” is a very talented young horse that shows potential for the upper levels! He was 1st Level Western Regional Champion & either Show or Open Level 1 Champion in 4 out of 6 shows in 2009 (his first year of his dressage career). His marks were consistently in the mid/upper 60’s & lower 70’s. He could easily be shown 3rd Level this year with the professional or confident amateur. Clean X-rays available for viewing from fall 2008.

This horse has had no illnesses or soundness issues; he is a pleasure to handle and has no vices. Owners illness sadly forces sale. “Rudy” is presently priced @ 35k and subject to change as training progresses.

• Gorgeous mink bay with a small white star & no other markings. Bombay is the image of his Grand sire Bajazzo. This handsome young gelding is tall and athletic, super kind and easy going. He would make the perfect amateurs partner.

This exceedingly beautiful mare is one of our premier breeding mares. She is a class act all the way, with wonderful conformation, depth and substance of a broodmare and a most outstanding pedigree of quality. There are only a handful of KWPN mares in North America with all the predicates that Laura has attained - Ster, Keur, Sport Dressage and then Elite. She has the most predicates a mare can receive on her own. Her Elite predicate was earned at age 9 when the Prok x-rays were taken and passed as top rated by a panel of vets after years of training and competing. The Elite status is only given to Keur mares that pass the same bone radiographs that the KWPN stallions have to pass for approval. Thus her x-rays were of the absolute highest quality.

She was imported in 2003 after years of competition in Holland. She competed to Z2 dressage with 3 competition points and was trained on higher movements. She was ridden by Jacques Laarakkers – member of KWPN stallion committee and top dutch dressage rider/trainer. Out of many horses she was picked by the VDL and presented to us in which we were immediately enthralled with her. She has a daughter by Indoctro that is a Ster mare in Holland and this mare now has a daughter that is also a Ster mare – definitely passing in the generations. Her next daughter is Witaura by Flemmingh whom sold to a top dressage rider. She then produced a strong powerful moving colt Apollo by Riverman that sold to another top dressage rider.

Vrolijk scored a 79.5% at CHSA inspections, just below premium mare. Considering she injured herself as a yearling and has 3 pins in her front right fetlock she amazed us by earning 8's and 9's for her movement, her trot and canter are huge and free. She scored a 9 for substance, this mare has a 9" cannon bone and tremendous hooves!

Her 2006 foal is, Gdansk, a Gervantus II colt, he is a nice full bodied foal, who has movement to die for.
